All the ones with islands on its coast- Alaska, Florida comes second with only a little over 8 thousand miles less, Michigan has the longest fresh water coast line.

It's actually Alaska, but not much of it is useful since so much of it is above the arctic circle, frozen, or in such close proximity to Russia that many large boats can't make it through. There are still major ports that mainly support the state's oil industry.
