my dad always used to say " 'I see' said the blind man to the deaf man" when I was younger, and he says as far as he knows he just made it up.....if it is a quote from some movie/show or something, it is a really old quote from years and years ago....

One bright day in the middle of night, two dead boys went out to fight, back to back they faced each other, drew their swords and shot each other. A deaf policeman heard the noise and went out to shoot the two dead boys,and if you don't believe this lie is true ask the blind man he saw it too.

Nah all I've ever heard was "I see said the blind man".
