florida' county's question on the application ask about a conviction not an arrest but I have answered no before wich is the truth but they find out about the arrest. Should I just tell all

You should answer the questions honestly. If it says "Have you ever been convicted of a crime?" then answer no. If it says "Have you ever been arrested?" then answer yes.

Honesty is always the best policy, because the truth will never come back to bite you.

If it asks for convictions, that's all you need to tell them. If they ask later about the arrest, tell them they didn't ask about arrests on the form.

No, You were arrested not convicted. we still live in a society that requires a conviction to be considered guilty.

if its for a position and they ask for an arrest i would just mention the conviction if they asked for a conviction, they dont ask dont mention. And dont bring it up in the future to your co-workers, they tend to be haters.

arrest's don't show on back ground checks...you have to be convicted
