Go to start, programs, accessories, system tools, system restore, select a date you had files ect., restore, PC will reboot

Sounds like you got a virus or malware.

Run appropriate programs from "safe" mode to check and clean virus, spyware, malware, adware, etc.

Use Repair mode from CD to fix OS, then reload from "backups" made when you were SURE the system was clean.

SET UP your firewall and scanners so it don't happen again!!
