Why not? Recently I have seen an advertisement in a daily newspaper calling applications for admissions. I remember that it is from Annamalai University. Please watch the newspapers for such notification. Madurai Kamaraj University, Alagappa University, Punjab University are some of the universities that impart MCA course through their departments of distance education. They send study materials for theory and you have to choose a local college for practicals. Nothing is impossible if your will power is strong and your aim is right. Good luck!

MSc (IT) is a better option than MCA since the course design is much recent one.
