The guy singing makes it sound like his name is Charlie, thats why I thought that was his name, but it could just be the lyrics. It goes something like, "Hi, my name is Charlie, its very nice to meet you" Sorry I know this question is very vague but I heard the song on the radio a while ago and forgot how it all went.
