Here is the nutritional total fat value according to McDonalds nutrition section of their website :

Quarter Pounder® with Cheese+ 25 grams of fat
Small French Fries 13 grams of fat
Medium French Fries 20 grams of fat
Large French Fries 30grams of fat

Here's the coolest site to find out all of the frightening informaton about calories, especially McDonalds and other fast-food delights!!!! Just type in Quarter Pounder and you will get the bad news. The other day I ate and then looked up McDonalds Big Mac and Large Fries and I was horrified. Good luck.

There's different sizes of fries, so...

Q.P. w/cheese and small fry = 38grams fat
qp w/cheese and med. fry = 48g fat
qp w/chee and large fry = 55g fat
