Wal-Mart sells a product that will move it safely and not scratch up the glass or paint! I am a sticker freak and it always works for me when I get tired of looking at them!

GOO GONE can melt the adhesive and allow to safely remove the sticker. Sometimes WD-40 will too. Goo gone is more expensive but IT WORKS!....

use a blow dryer and heat it up, and it will peel right off, also you can use a razor blade, just get the sticker wet first, and be careful not to cut yourself
