Put your hand in a small sandwich bag, plastic kind. Grease the outside of the bag with any oil or butter. Tuck the edges of the bag under the bracelet. Pull the bracelet off over the bag.

Wow, talk about drama queen!

Try the soap method, just run arm under cold water 1st so any swellin goes down then put some dish soap on your wrist and pull it off.

Try the neighbours or something in the house and ask them to help you. If there is no one around, try using a small pliers (the crafting kind) and see if you can bend one of the shackles or the closing bit. That way it will open up and you can bend it back again afterwards.
Good luck!

Calm down! run it under really hot water, this may hurt a little, but it will cause the metal to expand. if you're still having trouble, really twist it a lot (while under the hot water, of course.) also add soap so it slides easier and doesn't hurt.
