I think anything can kill you.
For example, if you are so joyous that you can see nothing but your joy, and you walk in front of a car, say a Volkswagen Jetta, seeing as they are prone to accidents as evidenced by the commercial, then it could be argued that the car, in fact, killed you, but the joy was the catalyst.
Also, joy destroyed by woe is worse than woe alone, and could kill you much more quickly.
And ask any man with a defibrillator--too much joy in the bedroom can definitely end your life.
Hopefully, you meant this philosophically, and not literally. I don't have any medical advise, other than that it is better to have joy than not to have it, and it is better to die of joy than to die of anything else. Keep that in mind.

If I had heart problems at the time or she was into extreme play (a kill joy), but otherwise I think I'd be safe.
