Definately woman, and I would probably wear either black formal jeans and a nice long sleeved shirt, or a dress. Wear heels with both.

Women, and everything can be dressed up or down. Jeans- dress up with heels, dress down with flip flops.

hmm...it kinda depends on there personality.....cause both guys and girls can be both dressy and/or slobs..lolzz....but i believe maybe women are more dressyy....=)
