U can use hair to get DNA. Get some hair from his comb or take his toothbrush (but get him a new one to replace the old one) so he doesn't suspect anything.

The only reason it is ever acceptable to do this is for a DNA test for your kids, and you can get a court order for this, and he MUST submit one. I don't think you going behind is back is cool at all. In fact, i think it's downright manipulative.

Perhaps you may have some of his hair laying around? Hair carries DNA just like saliva does.

watch csi.but you can get it from a cigarette if he smokes,or chewing gum,a spoon or fork he had used,or cup.if he spits on the ground you can pick it up with a swab or napking.but i tell you, doing any kind of dna test without a persons concent its against the law.

If he don't do it voluntarily, then you need to go to the court house and have one done!!

find a hairbrush that he uses and try and take some strands off it, or cut some pieces off his toothbrush, although very carefully so as not to notice
