sprinkle some baking soda down in there. (arm and hammer) It will absorb any unpleasant odors and help stop the itching too.

i kno this may sound gay but.. my brother is 22 and he does this.. if u put baby powder in it a couple of times a day it wont be all nasty and smelly..

use baking soda and/or vinegar to clean it.

or just spray it with a nice eau de toilette.
