Does Cingular have the palm treo 700 out yet?

To my knowledge, at this point in the USA, just Sprint and Verizon support the Treo 700p. It's worth seriously considering changing carriers for. I got one from Verizon 2 weeks ago. It's a great Phone/PDA combination. Far more powerful than the typical 'smart phone', it is a true handheld computer.
