Might want to consider a corset to give you more of the hourglass shape. And, as for hips and butt, you may want to get a padded breifer for that. May also want to get a gaff or some type of tight control panty to make sure your manhood does not pop out at all.

Now, as for what else to do. Defiantly wig or do your hair in a manner similar to the women at where you would be going.

Doing this at work or with friends and going out?
If at work, you should mimic what the women at your work wear, or go above that slightly.
If going out with friends, where might you be going?
To best fit in, go with something that you have seen women in your group wear.

If this is your first time in drag, you may want to work on walking in the clothes a bit, especially if you go with any height heels and any length dress or skirt as it will be change the way you walk. If you go with a corset, you will want to practice as it takes time to learn to breathe.
