Seems they must be young,attractive & able to handle pressure to some degree,whether they possess talent is questionable in some instances however,but hey given the right opportunities,
I imagine they can be a pop star or if not maybe a shot at a pop tart! =)

Yeah, Ashley Simpson is living proof of that. All you need are looks, perfect teeth, and a small ability to sing (this is really a minimal qualification, you just need to not turn people off with yor voice). You can be as useless as a broken down car and get paid millions.

I think so. The ones who truly have beautiful voices and talent definitely stand out, but there are many famous ones who are mostly hype.

Absolutely, that's why they are here today and gone tomorrow...It's not about talent anymore,but more about money , looks and scandals & clothing lines...Since when everybody can design clothes and sign at the same time!?
