With a permanent marker, you need to either use nail polish or a paint thinner - both should work to remove the marks from the phone.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. My little girl took a marker and wrote on the wall-it got it off. Good luck, they really work.

attempt a Mr. clean Magic Eraser. It does wonders on marker-colored partitions. attempt it first by potential of marking up a replicate with an identical marker and then attempting out the Mr. clean Eraser to work out what effect it has on the glass. stable success!

DON"T do it. You will not remove permanent marker period. The plastic has absorbed the ink. nail polish will fade the surrounding area of the marker.
