First ... if you invade from America to (for example) Mexico or Canada, you break no American laws (that I can think of).
Coming INTO America (lets assum that you are not a citizen, in which case it is treason too):
1. Violation of immigration and boarder laws
2. Illegal importation of weapons
3. Criminal destruction of property/direct and party to a crime (separate charge for each item damaged)
4. Assault (the thread of injury)
5. Battery (for each person touched or injured)
6. Murder (for each person touched or injured)
7. Trespass (assuming you go onto private property)
8. Illegal use of public roads (assuming that your vehicles are not properly registered -- tanks also violate weight limits)
9. Disorderly conduct
10. Various anti-terrorist laws
This would be true if you invaded Wisconsin,. There might be more. If you went to another country, you would be subject to THEIR laws.

That's a violation of International Law . The country being invaded would consider that an act of war and capture or kill the invaders .
So what's your point ?

The law broken would be soverienty law. To cross a border with military is almost always considered an act of war.

The be conscious is VETO! See in case you will locate, in print, that distinctive piece of Treaty signed with the help of a representative of the U. S....I dare you! There are international places that may not use munitions with bomb-we could.....we did no longer sign that. there are various others the U. S. has no longer signed. There has no longer been any indication that the drone turn into over Iran....i'm particular it turn into.....yet on the grounds that there is not any legal definition of vertical sovereignty who freaking cares. Many have faith that a Synagogue Church, Mosque, college, wellbeing facility won't be able to be fired on with the help of a belligerent tension....common to have faith in case you have under no circumstances study any of the Conventions, Geneva or Hague. Asking a query consistent with fantasy isn't sensible, places you interior the area of tin foil hats and IQ under ninety.

Since you would be a foreigner and invading, the act of war could be declared against you, but I know of no laws since you are not a national from there. I guess you could be later charged with war or inhumanity crimes, murder and that is about it.

If you and your crack team of mercenaries (let's call you the A-Team) invaded a foreign country, you would be subject to that nation's criminal law. I would doubt that you'd get the nice Geneva Conventions treatment, not that anyone out there besides the U.S. and a few other civilized places follows it.
