As some people have said, you can try torrent pages like Iso Hunt or Mininova, but if you're patient you can try Reality Lapse, its a great page with lots of complete anime episodes like Evangelion, Naruto, Blood+ and yes.. Inuyasha, the episodes are in .rmbv format so you'll need Real Player or Real Alternative to view them, but on the brigth side, the only weigh like 60 to 70 MB each per episode, hope this helps. =)

They have all of Inuyasha at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com Its not free and there is a sign-up fee buts is small and its a one time things only. After this, you get unlimited access to downloading old and new episodes of shows.
