My suggestion is you go to a library to look up careers. They have books that discuss the amount of education needed, the number of openings along with possible pay. Such that I decided on a similar field to what I was interested in that paid decent but required less than a doctorate for. They list most jobs I cannot remember the book but you can look things up online. College never hurt anyone. Most great atheletes have attended very excellent Universities usually on scholarships. Recently my friend met a very nice young man who got a scholarship to an excellent University for Football he made sure in his contract if he got hurt they would continue paying for his education. He made sure he graduated with good grades then began working for a professional football team as a fill in then went to a semipro as a football player not just a replacement if someone was injured. He is about 22 to 24 now and in excellent shape physically. Also if he is permanently injured in the sport he has his education to fall back on. Brook Shields is a very well educated young lady who went to one of the best Universities also. Education never hurt a soul. I made more money at a young age running a bar/night club environment but it was not the safest environment for a young lady who was very petite such that now I can manage in better environments as I have a degree now. Right now as I always worked and was severely injured after a bad illness in the military I am recieving disability and intend to return to the professional environment soon. I have been to many places in the world. Have been involved in charitable work there are even full time jobs working for many charties if you show promise along with are well educated if that line of work appeals to you. I am sure if I chased it I could get a job being a manager at a charitable foundation if I was willing to relocate and travel.

talk to a career's advisor.
If your goal is to make lots of $$, then plan the perfect bank robbery or something...coz if ur planning a career path on how much $$ you can make, then its not really a career..it'll be a catastrophe
