People of all ages journal!!! If this helps you get though tough times then write till your fingers bleed!!!!
Want to change how you look at the world..... Get a new journal and use it for only positive thoughts.....it's a little hard at first but you'll get to the point that you'll see the world in a whole new light!!!
If your having trouble in your relationship...maybe you should try and talk to your little hubby about the things you decide you cant' accept to live with...this way he knows what he may need to address in order to be a better man and husband!!
Keep writing girl!!

Actually you can write a letter to him, expressing all the hurt you have toward him. I'm sure that it will help you in your marriage. Atleast he can read it and understand your pain. And if he still doesn't acknoweldge this.
Move on. He aint worth your time and effort. WHY pint up your anger inside. while the guy you are with doesn't value you at all.
You write to him, and see how it goes. Communication is the only key to the marriage. Without communication, well, ....then you really dont have much to go on.

what's so wrong about it. It's nothing wrong w/keeping a journal. I do, and I'm 29 come 12/2/06!! It's more of a spiritual journal, but none the less. Write your thoughts down, it's therapeutic.

YES! Yes, yes, yes.
I wrote a journal from 16 to 18, the I threw it away. I wish I hadn't, as I could see how I was really feeling on a given day

It definitely is. I'm 24 and have a journal, cuz I've been told that it's good to have one. I'm just too lazy to keep up with it! lol

yes there are people that do that their entire lives. My mother was told to keep a journal after my father died. It helped her deal with his death.

it is more than OK one day years from now you can give it to your own son/daughter and it may help them through some really tough times to know that they weren't the only ones to feel like they do so yes it is fine
