I will be taking it next year, as they don't offer weight training to freshmen. I'm only a little bit interested, I'm mostly doing it to beat the stereotype that all girls are weak.

I used to do body-building, at one time i could push a hundred kilograms on benchpress, i looked fab and the person i admired the most was Cory Everson. Hubby started to feel neglected, moaned and groaned now i am back to my normal slightly overweight selve. I would advise every female to do some body-building , not too heavy , for shape and definition. I loved it, loved it, but not to cause too much problems i gave it up.
