You can just download them from the Reality Lapse webpage,its free and they're around 80 MB per episode, it isnt' that much.
Elfen Lied is a great anime with a deep story and characters to boost. Hope this helps =)

I just did a search on youtube.com and saw many Elfin Lied videos.
Type elfin lied episode 2, elfin lied episode 3, etc. in the search string and try to find them one at a time.

If you have sysreset. go to the irc.rizon.net server and join the channel #AnimeYuki. From there, a bot named Any Archive will have episodes 4-13 plus the extra hosted up. If you dont have sysreset. then you can get it at sysreset.com

you need to observe Fooley Cooley (only 6 eps long, so no prob to observe) Hellsing Ulyimate and One Piece are spectacular! fortunate celebrity Kuroshitsuji Chobits Melencholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Vampire Knight OHSCS FMA All of those are great!
