Well, I know you're joking with this question. However, for those who are actually curious what you're talking about, the song is called "Milkshake" by Kelis.
The line goes "My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard"...the milkshake referring to the girl's body, it being all smooth and sweet and such, getting all the guys to hang around her so she can use them ;)
