okay ive got a bumb look'n thing on my down stairs and it hurts really really bad. i cant touch it with anything or i almost scream out in pain!!!( i'm still a virgan) it's swelled up really big can anybody tell me wht it is??

sounds like a cyst or could be an infected hair that happens and your sexual activity has nothing to do with it call the Dr. before it gets worse try some ice on it to ease the pain and maybe a benadryl

It could be a Bacterial cyst..OR a big zit. Could get it lanced by your Doc . OR sit in a shallow bath of epsom salt [warm as poss]. until itcomes to a head. then put some antibiotic ointment on it.

go see a doctor right away but if you never had intercourse then it could be from shaving down there if you didnt use a clean razor or if you had oral sex with someone who has no signs of herpes or warts then you need to still get checked out.

if ur still a virgin (and make sure u are!) then u ent got nuthin to b ashamed of. tell ur mum or sista or even ur doctor is best. ask for a woman doctor and tell her wots up. she should b able to help. dont worry bout it.

take a benadryl. It could be a cyst or an allergic reaction to a soap. I am terrible allergic to soap and a benadryl fixes it every time.....

CALL A DOCTOR, IF THIS IS TRUE, AND TELL YOUR PARENTS WHAT YOU HAVE DONE LIKE CHANGE SOAPS OR USED A NASTY PUBLIC RESTROOM SO THIS CAN STOP. ITS PROBABLY AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING YOU USED LIKE A SOAP OR LOTION.
