i was reading a article about a rooster getting arrested in a small town in Missouri... he was caged and put in the fire dept what started the hole thing was the rooster was crowing and by this, was disturbing the peace.......... but later the mayor gave the rooster a pardon from the city,,,,, so maybe someone can talk to the mayor to do the same ,,,, but the only reason the mayor gave the pardon in the first place because it was all over the news and radio and the town was getting some really bad press
