i need to now who are external and internal customer for local shops

external customers are outside...and internal customers are inside.....glad i could help

external customers are those who come in to use the shop, IE have nothing actually to do with the shop. Internal customers are the staff or people such as suppliers and you will have to understand that they are also your customer even though they are 'in the know' as it were!

Further to Tracy S's answer above, which is correct, other internal relationships might be that the shopkeepers are the customers of the banks which they use; and the Utilities such as Water, Electricity, Refuge Collection, and so on and so forth.
