I'd go with either Hobbies or a training course
you could take him to the nags but you can't make him drink.

has breakfast in bed & reads 'Horse & Hounds' cover to cover to catch up on the gossip, heads off to the races to check out the fillies then down the Nags Head for a few pints & a bit of horsing around with his mates ??!!!

If you're talking about a workaholic human (!) try learning a musical instrument as lazy people can't do it 'cos it requires far too much time & effort (personal experience !!!) but it might suit your personality - drums, electric guitar, piano/keyboards then join a band !!

Try to chill out - start off with a lay-in!!! I do it all the time hehehe read a good book you've been puting off, open a nice bottle of red, cook a nice meal or you can sit on yer *** an watch telly all day.....go for it¦o]
