I never cared if people understood me. I am who I am and I can't change that. If someone doesn't understand me, that is their problem, not mine!

No. Not in the way you're speaking of.
But it still bothers me when I meet someone who acts like I'm speaking a different language. every once in a while I meet someone who doesn't understand the point of my sentences. It's odd and rarely happens, but when it does, it drives me nuts.

Yes. I figure if they don't understand me it's their own fault, so i feel the need to try to correct their faulty programming.

Yes, I sure do. It doesn't stop me from doing my thing, most of the time. But it is there in the back of my mind.
