I haven't heard the news that he's going to trial, but if that is what your saying I hope he's convicted. But he will "beat the rap" because if he is being going to trial its just a front.

there'll be no trial on U.S. soil. It extremely serves no valuable purpose for u.s.. besides the undeniable fact that, for those desiring information of the above question attempt this... And the warfare criminals must be presented to justice - starting up with Donald Rumsfeld. On November 14, the middle for Constitutional Rights, the nationwide attorneys Guild, and different agencies will ask the German federal prosecutor to commence a criminal study into the warfare crimes of Rumsfeld and different Bush administration officials. besides the undeniable fact that Bush has immunized his crew from prosecution contained in the global criminal court, they could be tried in any us of a lower than the nicely-familiar idea of well-known jurisdiction.

I really like Rumsfeld. But this is fitting with a culture / government incapable of making a move or moral pronouncement w/o 'the world community' sanctioning it.

And how will you feel when they decide that US policies, such as death penalty, gun ownership, single occupancy vehicles... are at odds with the world community?

HARD TO SAY. THERE HAVE SO MANY LIES TOLD IN THE LAST 6 YEARS, THERE'S NO TELLING WHAT MAY HAPPEN. UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS ALOT THAT GOES ON IN THE NAME OF WAR. SOME PEOPLE DO GET CARRIED AWAY WITH IT THOUGH. NOT EVERYONE WILL BE FOUND GUILTY OF THE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AS IN OTHER WARS. BUT THEY WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH THAT AND EXPLAIN IT ON JUDGMENT DAY.

I'm sure he's got nothing to worry about, and he knows it. He's royal Illuminati, and those guys run this world. They can get away with anything they want. They're practically immune from prosecution.

How come its so easy to be accused of a war crime these days?

We bombed dozens of Japanese cities full of women in children in WWII, killed thousands, and no one said a word.

There won't be any war crimes trials, so this question is moot.
