he was shot by another student when he brung a gun to school because he was being bulliied and spinner told him jimmy who he thought was his friend poured slime on him in a school debate in front of everyone so he shot jimmy and shot himself.

He got shot in the back by a game named Rick. Rick thought it was Jimmy that pulled a prank on him after he overheard Jay and Spinner talking. Jay and Spinner did that on purpose because they knew he was listening. Jimmy and Spinner have just recently became friends again.
