Your options for winning a million dollars are a game show such as Let's Make a Deal or buying a lottery ticket. It is rather unlikely that you will earn a million dollars that way.
Be very sceptical of web sites that offer you the chances of winning a lot of money. It is more likely that you will lose a lot of money.
As with most of us, it is unlikely that you will earn money without putting in a lot of effort.

I know one who will not only give you $1M but provide food and lodging for as long as you want. Rob a bank, go to jail. Once out, repeat the same process. You get the money but don't get to keep it mean while the govt shoulders your meals and shelter... and in some cases healthcare, too.
