It is possible to have some bleeding while you're pregnant, though it's not technically a "period." I'd take a pregnancy test.

Besma, some women do start off with light spotting etc. Try looking at other symptons or even try a pregnancy kit if you are not sure

my best friend had her period until she was 5 moths and she took pregnant test and they came up negative till she was 3 months so if i was u i would go to the doctor

I think that you are just panicking and worrying about getting pregnant again since you just had a baby. It is common to worry about that. I don't think you are pregnant since you have had your period.
