The niners, if only because they are more disciplined than the Raiders. The Raiders constantly have a dirty image because their players have always played a little more dirty than the rest of the league as a whole. The Niners have a head coach that is a disciplinarian that will not tolerate this type of behavior. They are also a younger team more geared toward the future, while the Raiders have a much overrated QB and a WR in Moss that is great when he plays hard...emphasis on WHEN.

As a longtime Raider fan this question pains me, however the 49's are probably a better team thay can at least gain 100 offense in a game.

even though I beleive that the niners' record is better, I think that the Raiders are a tad better.
then again, most of the NFL teams are pretty evened up
