Recieve Error Page when I try to access www.us.army.mil?

Ive cleared my cookies and temporary internet files even my history, checked my security settings and disabled my firewall. What is wrong?

There must be a firewall in the system. As its a government website, add it to the trusted sites in your browser(if internet explorer, then tools-> internet options-> security->trusted sites-> add the site name with an "https" in front of it.

like: https://www.us.army.mil

Hopefully this should work.
