I dont have respect for him. But I would shake his hand, because I exercise something my mother taught me called manners. Just because you dont agree with someone, doesnt mean you have to disrespect them. I just pray that the democrats oust republicans and move the country on the right track it was when Bush entered office. Its funny how the republicans say that Bush has helped the economy. What he did was ruin it and then build it up a little bit. Its nothing like it was about 7 years ago. I hope that this country gets back on its feet.

Respect is the key word here - and I have no respect for Bush. How can you have respect for someone who has been responsible for the deaths of so many people....who is a proven liar and thief....a person who has taken this country down to the level of a Third World banana republic.....a person who has squandered a massive budget surplus into a massive budget deficit....who has ignored the needs of his own people while catering to Big Oil, and on and on and on. I have more respect for the guys who pick up my trash and garbage than I do for Bush.

In a weak moment, in mid-2000, when he was visiting Iowa, I *did* shake hands with him.

I've washed that hand a LOT more frequently since then... :)

I would have the courtesy to shake his hand, but it would not be out of respect.

No, I do not have enough respect for him to shake his hand. If he tried I would probably just walk away or depending on my day, cuss him out!

Terrorists and Communists wouldn't shake his hand, but everyone one else would.
Pelosi, Durbin, and Reid all shook his hand and tried to rub up against him.
Democrats look so pitiful when they kiss a**.
I had a tear.
