I bloat from top to bottom when I am constipated. I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and have suffered from constipation and bloating forever. I take Zelnorm for the constipation and it has helped to alleviate the bloating too. I am 33.
You need to talk to your doctor and let him/her know that you are bloating all over when you are constipated. My doc said that when you haven't had a bowel movement you can feel it all over your body. You are not getting rid of toxins. So, your body is gonna react and tell you something is wrong which is the bloating. Hope this helps!

Blating is normal but do you eat enough veggies.... You should not get constipated all that often
