Pick plants with lots of foliage in order to get the most air filtration and oxygen generation. Indoor plants are one thing, but outdoor plants are limited to those that grow well in your planting zone. Your local nursery or plant stores can advise. I would stay away from prolific flowering plants if pollen related allergies are a problem. Here are a couple of my favorite gardening websites:

Good luck with your gardening.

outdoor flora look beautiful, cuz they're the position they belong and we may be able to savour them. Bonsai of route look solid interior, if positioned aesthetically. Indoor flora look solid on condition that they are positioned impressive. yet outdoor flora look solid besides. So, undemanding i might want to assert outdoors beats the interior.

All live plants do this. Just stay away from flowering plants and ferns.
