It all depends on what game you're playing.

If you're playing one where you can't get past oen level, then it's probably stressful.

If you're playing a game that you like adn its fun, it probably doesn't cause stress.

Video Games help you release it. if you're really mad and you play a game like Gran Turismo and you drive your pixelcar around the racetrack in time trial mode, all your worries seem to float away.

The same cannot be said for sports games or adventure games, they always create stress. But driving games are like a completely different world.

It depends on what ur playing. When playing something like Tekken, I find it to be really relaxing. But when I'm playing something that needs a mission or I need to locate an item or something, then it can be really frustrating.
