(ladies) What is prefered on your man? Do you like it natural, trimmed, or shaved down 'below'.For the rest of the body hair, how much do you prefer?

Also--

For anyone, what is some easy, but private and affective, birth control? Where can you get it, and how affective is it? Thanks

Not shaved, but if he wants to trim that's fine. I just like guys with some hair...otherwise it's too boyish for me. I don't know what you mean by a "private" birth control method. The methods available are condoms, the Pill, the Patch, the Shot, the NuvaRing, IUD, diaphragm, and spermicidal gels and foams. The pill through the NuvaRing are very very effective (99%). Condoms are a bit less but still in the mid-high 90s. Gels and foams are not a good method to rely solely upon but are good in conjunction with other methods.

Won't answer the "down below" question since I'm a man.

Effective birth control - Well, there's always condoms for the man. They are highly effective if used correctly. Don't forget to read the instructions on the package. For the woman, there are female condoms; but I'm not too sure these have gone over very well. There is also for women the diaphragm and contraceptive foam. A diaphragm has to be fitted by a physician, but it doesn't stay in place all the time (it's not supposed to). There's also the contraceptive sponge. Not to be forgotten is The Pill which is available only by prescription. I'm not 100% sure but I think a prescription might be needed for contraceptive foam and for the contraceptive sponge. Ask a pharmacist about this.

You can survey a hundred women and get a hundred answers as to how you should deal with your pubic hair. So, you decide how yours will look best to you through tryign ti trimmed, shaved, etc. Dye it any colour you like too if that interests you. And once a sex partner sees, they will comment as to their opinion and you can decide from there whether to modify or not. Of the three of us who share this place one shaves above the penis, one shaves below and trims above and the third trims above. And none of us find any potential sex partners making any negative comments.

As for birth control , this is not a private thing for a guy and anyone who wants to keep it their secret isn't really tuned into the reality of sex without proper protection. Everyone knows what condoms are, where to buy them and once they read the directions, they know how to use them. They can be bought in pharmacies, a lot of supermarkets and department stores and even in vending machines in men's washrooms. They come in many colours thicknesses and styles. They are not 100% guaranteed but their success rate at preventing STD's/STI's as well as pregnancy are pretty good. So, chin up, buy condoms and know that most sales people will respect you for having the respect for yourself and your sex partners to take the initiavive to be prepared.
