It's called "The Pursuit of Happyness" and it stars Will's real-life son, Jaden. The movie comes out on Dec. 15 and it's based on the true rags-to-riches story of multimillionaire stock broker, Chris Gardner. Yes Andrew you are right it is Pursuit of Hapyness, PG-13, for more information on the movie go to Yahoo! movies and do a search on it.
