Nope they sure don't! They don't even come in for a beer when they come to my house to try to give me a free flyer! ;)

"Common celebrations and religious or national holidays such as birthdays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are regarded as pagan and not celebrated." (wikipedia)

All Jehovahs Witness kids that I went to school with had to leave the room when we did any project involving any holiday, including Thanksgiving. They wouldn't even eat the cupcakes people brought in for birthdays.

Yeah, my grandmother is a Jehovah's Witness and does not celebrate holidays. But she wasn't always a witness. We grew up with her making holiday meals and giving gifts. She's been a witness for about six years and now we grandchildren do all the cooking. She just calls it having a meal with the family.

For this question to be properly addressed you need to read more than a one sentence childish attempt of a response. If you are truly interested in a bipartisan answer read the following two "non-jehovahs witness" links that give a respected viewpoint:

http://www.beliefnet.com/story/54/story_5436_1.html
http://www.britannica.com/eb/article-9071936/Thanksgiving-Day

I could send you to the watchtower.org site but i wouldnt call that bipartisan.
