Are you asking this as a middle aged person with no or minimal savings? If you are then you are in pension crisis.
The key to pension is time and savings. You need more time to make your savings grow until you retire and have no other source of income. Since time is something you can not control, you will continue to approach old age and retirement, savings is the key that you need to tweek. Save more earlier and longer then you'll avoid pension crisis.
