that happens to me if i'm very nervous, like before an exam or a speech. You get cold and you sweat. Something on your mind?

I think you need to take your temperature, I would almost guarantee you have a fever. You are probably getting the flu. Take either two Tylenol or two Paracetamol, depending what country you are from. Take two now and continue taking them every four hours to keep your fever down. Also drink lots of fluids. I hope you feel better soon. Fevers are a horrible feeling.

honey you are getting sick. drink some liquor like vodka, or malibu and some orange juice and get under a heavy blanket and sweat it out.

yeah i've had that. usually its either when you're sick, under too much stress or feeling very anxious.
