I have been using PSP for over 7 years and have done all the upgrades. I am using psp10 right now and love it. It has endless ways of processing photos, painting, drawing and so much more. Get a free 30 day trial d/l . :)

Try GIMP, (GNU Image Manipulation Program), it's completely free and available for several operating systems (Windows, OS X, Linux etc.).

You can find windows download here: http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html

If you have used Photoshop in the past and are very used to the menus and options in Photoshop, there is a 'Photoshop' look-alike version of GIMP available, GimpShop: http://www.gimpshop.net/

If you want to stay legal, why not download GIMP? It is FREE and is very close to PhotoShop in features.

The GIMP is your very, very best friend.

Go to www.gimp.org, or email me if you have questions about it. It is a very good program and is entirely free.

Go to http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ if you are using Windows, and be sure to download GTK before The GIMP.
