You know , I'm a business person and sometimes I go to sleep and take my problem with me , asking my subconscious to work on a solution .
You know it always does .
Maybe not right away , but it sure helps a lot .
Never , ever , let your negative feelings be in charge !!!!!

Usually, I become frustrated and depressed. Sometimes I would have to sit or lie down and try to get over my emotions; depending on the nature of the problem. Sometimes I would cry if the situation was unbearable. Sometimes I would not if the situation couldn't affect me in a emotional way. After a short period of time, I would to try asking people whom I trust for advice and maybe find a way out of the problem or find a way to forget so it wouldn't be a big obstacle in my life. I would thus start with what I valued most in life (may it be a loved one or a special talent you posses). In that way, I can keep moving forward and not backwards. Looking behind would only distract me from the present.

You move on if you're lucky you have someone you can talk to about it..funny how a different perspective can change your outlook. But you always learn from your own mistakes (don't believe in fate) and you have to and will make them. Actions of someone hurting you will in time make you a stronger person because you won't make that mistake again to be in situation to be hurt

You take some time to yourself...Do something you love that releases your tension...Whether it be shooting hoops, writing, reading, taking a walk, biking...anything where you can safely be alone and just think.

Try talking to someone you trust, and have a good, heartfelt discussion. Take the time to assess the situation and guage where you stand...Relax, and realize sometimes there is just no clear solution. Some things just take time and patience and you have to be willing to give it a complete effort.

Good luck..
