Go to www.belarc.com and download "Advisor". It is excellent; tells you all about your installed hardware and software, and it is free.

Go to your control panel then system
OOps for the ram just right click on my computer and choose properties

Try downloading a trial edition of Everest. It will tell you everything you need to know.
