Who were the villains in Hamlet? Do two lists.. put the good guys on one side and the bad guys on the other. Why is Hamlet so melancholy? What's up with Ophelia? What about Ros and Guild? In the final scene, who is the true victor? Mr. Death?

The best way to answer a question like this is to at least read the Cliff Notes or rent one of the film versions of the play and pay attention. It's all right there, once you overcome the language.

Good luck.

Is there truely a good vs. evil plot in Hamlet? I think it is a bit more complex than just simple good vs. evil. Hamlet himself is our protagonist. His intentions are good, but the way he sets about it isn't always in the best way. In the end, the plot of his fathers death is uncovered, and everyone who played a major role is lying upon the floor dead. Those that are left are left wondering what happened.

In short, your going to have to figure that one out on your own. Its too complex for me to try to describe without reading it again. Speaking of which, I think I'll pull it out and read.

"How does good overcome evil"?

Lordy. I don't know if I'm more upset at the student trying to get us to do his/her homework...or the teacher who actually ASSIGNED such a bogus question.
