remove them after the wash and put on hangers pulling the fabric into shape and leave to dry, However you still may need to iron them but there should not be as many creases in them if you left them to tumble dry

It could be the way you are laundering and/or drying your shirts.

If they are permanent press, then they should be washed in warm water, in Permanent Press cycle.

When you remove the clothing, shake each garmet out before you throw it in the dryer. Dry similar weight fabrics together. A heavy sweater will cause a lightweight blouse to wrinkle because of the weight difference. Dry on Low temperature, and cycle the dryer for several minutes on COOL or Air dry. DO NOT OVER DRY. Remove each garmet one at a time, quickly shutting the dryer door while you hang or fold so that it continues to spin with the remaining clothes. Clothes lying in the bottom of the dryer will wrinkle.

Finally, there are some anti wrinkle sprays available in the laundry supplies area of your supermarket. You can try spraying hanging clothing to remove any wrinkles which remain.

Some items, however, simply need ironing even though their labels claim otherwise.

I hate to iron!

I don't. But then, I make sure to get clothes out of the dryer right when it cuts off too. However, I will iron them a bit if I need them for something special.

If you dry wash them in cold water and dry them on the permanent setting and remove them before the dryer stops and hang each one immediately I think your problem would be solved.

The trick is to not let wrinkles set with hot water or let clothing stay in the dryer after it has stopped.

When you wash your clothes in the washing machine, take them out as soon as the wash is done, and put them in the dryer. When they are done drying, take them out as soon as possible and hang them up or fold them.

If you leave clothes too long in the washing machine or dryer (once it's finished) they get lots of wrinckles and stuff.

your leaving them in the dryer too long.
if u don't put them in the dryer then the reason they are wrinkles is u are not popping the shirts after u get them out of the wash.
