Cool and odd?

I like BRYG. I know the spelling looks weird (but you might like that). I personally love it. It is an Irish or Scottish name sometimes used as a shortened form of Bridget.

Pronounced BREE.

Wow, somebody is going crazy with the 'thumbs downs'. I gave everybody else a thumbs up just to cancel it out.

-Sonora,
-Zahra {pronounced Za-rah: it means soft and beautiful, Asian-Indian origin),
-Isolde (pronounced Iz-old, like in the movie 'Tristan and Isolde')
-Tora
-Diora
-Danity (it just sounds good to me)
-Aubree (my friend is the only girl who has this name in my hligh school)

*The thing to remember while naming a girl, is to see how it would look as an autograph--just in case she becomes famous!

But you know, the name makes the person. Whatever you're called is who you are. And if you want you're girl to be a certain something. [strong character, beautiful, etc.] go to

Nikiya! I'm the only one I know with the name :)

I also really like Asmara. It's the capital of Eritrea, but I think it's a very pretty name.

You could go the fruit route (Apple, Peach, Pear) or the feeling route (Hope, Faith, Joy). I personally like combined names like Annaleslie, Leslieanna or old timey names like Geneveive, Madeline, and Eloise. others are:

Juliet
Angel
Gwen
Hermione
Luna
Margaret Rose
Roselane
Marygold
Poppy
Paisley
Natalia
Blanche
Fantasia
Dakota
Georgia
Lanna
Montana
Farrah
